The inventor

Brady Richter is an educator, product designer, and founder of Excellerate Tutoring who is passionate about helping students truly understand math — not just memorize it. After tutoring more than 250 students and teaching physics at Brooklyn Technical High School, he saw firsthand how powerful hands-on learning can be.

Combining his background in product design and mathematics education, Brady created the Trigonometer, a physical learning tool that makes trigonometry visual, intuitive, and interactive. His goal is simple: help students see how math works so concepts click faster and stick longer.

Brady earned a B.S. in Product Design from Stanford University and a Master’s in Physics Education from Hunter College. He continues to design tools and teaching methods that make STEM learning more engaging, accessible, and fun.
